As a pianist I often reflect that the more I learn about this instrument, the more unexplored land I discover around the corner. There is always more to examine, study and pick up. It’s a never-ending exciting and wonderful journey.
I consider the piano one of the most challenging and intriguing musical instruments. It brings out the personality of a person, and it’s effortless and lovable to play.
A few years back I discovered the endless source of information available on the internet. Let me recommend my favourite websites about piano.

I also recommend the “Buyer’s Guide”. It’s contains great advice and is also an amazing resource to keep up-to-date with many different kinds of pianos.
Miki Sawada is an amazing classical pianist, who has been studying on top conservatories.
But what really caught my attention was her project “Gather Hear Tour”.
She travels to all 50 states with a piano in a van. Performing in community gathering spaces.
How cool is that?
What fascinates me is her being so insatiably curious and adventurous about classical music’s possibilities outside of the concert hall.
She brings classical music to new people. With a strong believe in the emotions and feelings this music can bring.
And I must agree. I have experienced it myself. Many times.

Casey Crosby is one of the famous concert pianists that tell stories with the piano while making it so effortless and straightforward.
His background contributed immensely to the way he plays the piano, and wherever he plays the piano, the audience gets so toned and engrossed with the style of music.
I admire his tone and expression when playing.
I also love reading Casey’s Blog where you can follow his journey.
One of the things that makes Casey Crosby unique is that he convey stories with his music while he closes his eyes while playing the piano, his audience can undoubtedly see how professional and passionate Crosby is while he plays the piano.
